CCDS is a renowned private educational institution. Founded in 1995, thousands of students both professional and hobbyist have participated in the wide variety of courses offered here since. Our aim has been to teach our students not just the actual craft at hand but to try and develop in them a genuine love for that art so that it becomes an essential part of their lives. Be it obsessive cake decorators, gifted bakers or regular foodies-we believe we are fulfilling our aim, one student at a time.
In an increasingly fast paced world, CCDS provides an opportunity for students to set apart time for themselves and in the company of other enthusiasts pursue a real passion, re-ignite their creativity and get lost in the intense focus of creating gastronomic art.
Our instructors and chefs are enthusiastic and inspire students to put out their best. They have vast experience and some have conducted several training demonstrations in various parts of the country and abroad. We at CCDS hope to bring out the best in our students and in turn the students over the years bring forth the best in the school.
